Taught by Gaddiel Dombrowner and with the collaboration of the Constanta State Opera Orchestra and soloists, this 5 days Masterclass takes place in the beautiful city of Constanta in Romania. The masterclass is designed to help conductors at all stages of their career to improve their conducting skills, with no age limit.
Daily Conducting Sessions
Over the course of the week, the conductors will receive daily podium time (total 0f 90 minutes) to enrich their craft and learn from other colleagues, and will conduct at the final concert with the orchestra. The repertoire focuses on symphonic as well as operatic works.
Personal Tutoring
During the afternoons the conductors receive additional advice while reviewing the videos of the same day. Gaddiel sees great importance in finding time to sit with each one of the conductors and help them figure out ways to promote their career
Thank you very much for a week of learning and experience, the master class was delivered in a professional and respectful manner with the desire to let the students progress and succeed, the friends were great, we got a lovely group that I will never forget. The idea of the video sessions was great and very useful, I hope to meet again. Thank you very much Gaddiel!

Thank you so much for your wonderful teaching. I truly think it was a great success. Everything was well organized, and I loved the repertoire. The conducting sessions were really good, and the video sessions were incredibly useful - I learned a lot! I'm also glad that there were video recordings and photos that we can refer to in the future. I’m really happy that I chose this masterclass. Thank you for everything!

I would like to thank Gaddiel and the Constanta National Opera Orchestra for providing me with the opportunity to attend to this wonderfull conducting masterclass. I learned a lot, from Gaddiel, the orchestra, from my great colleagues, from the rehearsals and, specially from the daily collective video reviews Gaddiel organised every afternoon. Moreover, Constanta is a great beach city to visit for a week in summer: cheap, beautiful and cool. The concert video from this masterclass helped me get my first gig as assistant conductor! I’ll probably repeat next year!
